While Nakayama Kinni-kun taught how to do the exercise, TikToker Singing Cosplayer Hikari choreographed the dancing. About Nakayama Kinni-kun

He was born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1978 and is a comedian and bodybuilder. He went to Los Angeles in 2006 to “study muscle” and graduated from Santa Monica College in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. In May 2021, he won the 29th Tokyo Novice Bodybuilding Championship in the 75kg class. He is also active as a bodybuilder. Currently, his YouTube channel “The Muscle TV” is gaining popularity with over 1.39 million subscribers.
