Characterized by the quiet atmosphere, its modern interior and glamorous decor, this place is a conversation starter. The service in the restaurant was quick, clean and hospitable, with the wide range of delectable dishes stealing the show.

We started with Naan’ery, which is a combination of Hindustani Rotis and delicious wines; a patent of the restaurant. The team of chefs curate magic with Bakharkhani Rotis and an assortment of Moroccan breads, each paired with a rich wine by LaLiT’s in-house sommelier Charles Donnadieu. The experience of Naan’ery is good enough to whet your appetite and ensure you become a patron of the restaurant.

We then moved to a wide variety of starters. The range of veg and non-veg kebabs and tikkas are a cherry on top. I experienced foodgasm after devouring the Guchhi mushroom galoti, chapli kebab, meetha neem jheenga (prawn) nalli nihari, methi palak papad ki subzi and Hindustani rotis paired with authentic chutneys and wines. The meal would’ve been incomplete without a dessert, so we finished it off with some creamy rabdi, gulab jamun and custard, it truly satisfied my foodie soul.

Mr Keshav Suri, executive director of the group spearheads the F&B portal of the group, whose vision through Baluchi has been to unify India through food. Baluchi serves authentic Pan – Indian delicacies and brings exclusive dishes from the Grand Trunk Road. He believes food does not discriminate and has curated an experience that will be cherished by all.
