The injections reduce pain, helping patients to undertake rehabilitative procedure for addressing the underlying symptoms.

Pubic Symphysis

Pubic symphysis is an integral joint located at the front of pelvis. When irritated by shearing forces, the joint gets inflamed, leading to a bony stress. It is common among athletes and pregnant women. Specialized injections administered under supervision of experts are known for offering pain relief.

Sacroiliac Joint

Sacroiliac joint injections tend to diagnose the source of a patient’s pain, and even provide much-needed therapeutic relief. The entire procedure of injecting the drugs usually takes a few minutes, ensuring patients are able to return to their day-to-day activities on the same day.

Shoulder Joint

Shoulder pain is a common clinical complaint that most of the patients face. The glenohumeral, acromioclavicular and rotator cuff often remains to be the cause of pain. To alleviative it, image guided shoulder injections are prescribed by our physicians after an in-depth evaluation.

Subtalar Joint Injection

Subtalar joint is vulnerable to inflammation, pain and instability, especially when diagnosed with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout and Ankylosing Spondylitis. Depending on the complexity of the condition, injections may be administered in conjunction with physiotherapy and rehabilitative care for alleviating pain.

Temporomandibular Joint

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) injections help in reducing the pain of the jaw joint when talking, chewing or yawning. On average, the injections may last approximately three to four months, and are could be effective immediately following the treatment.

Wrist Joint

Wrist is a complex joint prone to inflammatory arthritis that leads to loss of extension, swelling and pain. Since it contains multiple superficial musculoskeletal structures, localised injection therapy is usually asserted as a standard approach for effective pain management.

Biceps Tendon Sheath Injection

The biceps tendon sheath or bursa is synovial extension of glenohumeral joint. Inflammation of the tendon within bicipitcal groove triggers biceps tendinitis. This can be managed with the use of bicep tendon sheath injections administered by certified professional.

Calcific Tendinitis

Calcific tendonitis occurs when excessive calcium gets accumulated on tendons, the build-up may be on multiple locations. If the deposits are irritated or grow bigger, it causes chronic pain. With the use of injections, usual functioning of the body can be restored.

Carpal Tunnel Injection

Carpal tunnel injections are useful for treating high-grade carpal tunnel syndrome. The steroids decrease swelling of connective tissue, thus relieving pressure on median nerve.

Carpal Tunnel Release

Carpal tunnel release is a surgical procedure in which a professional makes an incision on the palm to release pressure on median nerve. It is performed either by making only one or multiple incisions for a desired outcome.

Proximal Hamstring Injection

Proximal hamstring tendinopathy is a sports-related disorder that affects athletes and long distance runners. The condition is characterised by localised pain and discomfort that gets worse during walking, sitting, squatting or lunging. In severe cases, proximal hamstring injections are recommended to ease the pain and promote the healing process.

Retrocalcaneal Bursa Injection

When retrocalcaneal bursa (RB) causes pain that is not relieved by NSAIDs, or over-the-counter medicines, physicians may consider inject medications directly to the affected area to reduce inflammation and pain as quickly as possible.

Shoulder Adhesive Capsulitis

Shoulder adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulders is a painful condition that affects the entire shoulder. There is usually pain and global restriction of the shoulder movements. If symptoms persist, capsular hydrodistention is usually the first line of treatment.

Piriformis Injection

Piriformis injection are used for reducing swelling and inflammation of piriformis muscles present in the base of spine and pelvis. To achieve sustained relief from pain, repeated injections may be required to provide a greater degree of relief.

Peroneal Tendon Injection

Painful peroneal tendon inflammation can have a dramatic impact on your everyday activities, limiting movement while leaving the tendon at the risk of further damage. This can be managed with the help of injections that decrease pain .

Iliopsoas Bursa Injection

Iliopsoas bursa injection is injected into the psoas tendon bursa for reducing irritation, inflammation and swelling. A combination of steroid and anaesthesia is used for the procedure to alleviate pain that radiates to the hip area.

Gluteal Tendinosis

Gluteal tendinoisis is a form of tendon disorder that affects the buttocks and hips. The condition weakens tendons, making your flexible tendons deteriorate and break down. Exercises and physical therapy may help, but severe conditions require injections for optimal care.

Greater Trochanteric Bursa Injection

Greater trochanteric bursa (GTB) syndrome refers to a group of pain that occurs in hips, buttocks and thighs. It is often characterised by tenderness and localised pain that gets worse while walking, sitting or laying on the affected area. For patients who couldn’t benefit from physical therapy and conventional measures, GTB injections turn out to be a suitable measure.

Scapulothoracic Interval Injection

Scapulothoracic interval injection is safe, easy to administer, therapeutic and diagnostic tool for patients with periscapular pain. It may offers short-term relief, and may be administered repeatedly within specific intervals, as recommended by our physician.

Percutaneous Ultrasonic Tenotomy

Percutaneous ultrasonic tenotomy is meant for tendon injuries in which the affected area is pierced through the skin with the help of ultrasound guidance. the aim of this treatment is to promote the process of healing.

Temporalis Tendon Injection

Temporalis tendon refers to tenderness and inflammation of tendons that inserts into coronoid process of lower jaw. This often causes migraine-like headache, light-sensitivity, aching of eyes, ear pain and swelling of cheek. To treat the condition effectively, injections may be injected into the affected area for providing relief from the symptoms.

Popliteus Tendon Sheath Injection

Popliteus tendon sheath is a part of popliteus musculotendinious that together with the popliteus ligament and popliteus muscle form a part of the knee. When damaged due to stress, injuries or degenerative process, it may end of being extremely painful. This can be handled effectively with the use of popliteus tendon sheath injections.

Epidural Injections

Epidural injections alleviate pain that arises in the cervical, thoracic, caudal and lumbar region of the spine. The injection is particularly useful for treating pain that arise from multiple sites such as sciatica and back pain or multiple structures of the spine.

Medial Branch Blocks and Radiofrequency Ablation

Medial branch blocks are administered to the spinal nerves that supply sensory innervations to the facet joints . The facet joint cortisone injections offer relief. However, for patients with recalcitrant chronic pain, the treatment may be followed with Radiofrequency Ablation or RFA.

Pars Defects Injection

Pars defects are a common cause of spinal pain. Even though majority of the conditions develop during maturation of skeleton, the injections suitable for adults help in relieving back pain.

Sacroiliac Joint Injections

Sacroiliac joints are formed at conjunction of spinal segments below pelvis and sacrum. When pain arise at these joints, sacroiliac injections may be used either on trial or as diagnostic method, after which its clinical response is evaluated.

Facet Joint Injections

Facet joint injections are useful for localised treatment of pain. It is useful for the joints that undergo trauma, stress or degeneration through the neck (cervical facet joint disease) and lower back (lumbar facet joint disease).

Selective Nerve Root Blocks

Selective nerve root blocks (SNRBs) are useful for treating pain that transcends from the spinal nerves- when pain is felt furthering down along the body, such as sciatica.

Cervicogenic Headaches- Greater Occipital Nerve Blocks

Headaches might occur due to a number of reasons; similarly different injection therapies are used for treating them. The Greater Occipital Nerve Block (GONB) is one such injection that provides relief from headache due to irritation in the occipital nerve.

Spine biopsy

Spine biopsy is conducted under imaging guidance for patients with soft tissue and bone lesions of spine. It is performed for patients suspected of having tumours or infection.

Sacrococcygeal Joint Injection

Present in the lowermost portion of the spine, the sacrococcygeal joint is at junction of coccyx (tailbone) and sacrum. This joint may become extremely painful after direct trauma, aging or pregnancy. For effective relief, sacrococcygeal joint injection is injected, after which a clinical diagnosis may be made.

Discogram Injections(Discography)

Proactive discography or discogram is a spinal injection procedure useful for determining which spinal disc is the main source of pain. Therefore, it guides to the spinal disc that needs surgical intervention.
